Children's Meals
These are available free of charge for passengers between 2-12 yrs. If you would like to request a child’s meal please email operations@teletickettravel.com along with the child’s name and booking reference number. (Requests must be sent 4 days prior to departure)
Vegetarian/Lacto/Kosher Meals
If indicated by a Y, we are able to offer a vegetarian and lacto meal free of charge. Please email operations@teletickettravel.com. These must be requested 4 days prior to departure. For Kosher meal the charges vary (please check chart). These need to be booked 7 days prior to departure and requests emailed to operations@teletickettravel.com.
Seat allocation and request
Seat Allocation
All airlines we currently use, do not allocate seats as this is on a first come serve basis at check in.
Emergency Seats
These are for able-bodied adult passengers, who speak English and are willing to assist the cabin crew in the unlikely event of an emergency. This is done at check in and not prior.
Extra Leg Room Seats
These seats cannot be pre-booked and are allocated on a first come, first serve basis. Air Malta provide extra leg room at a charge of £30.00 each way.
CHILDS SEAT
These may be used, but they are required to have their own seat. The minimum age for these is 6 months and maximum of 3 years. All children’s seats must meet the British Safety Standards.
PUSH CHAIRS
These will be taken at the boarding gate area and will be returned at the baggage carousel at your destination.
Special Needs
Disabled Passengers
Disabled passengers are able to travel alone but must notify us 4 days prior to departure to operations@teletickettravel.com
Blind Passengers
Blind passengers are able to travel alone and take a guide dog on the outbound flight but not on the inbound. This is for every airline except BA and AEU/5W where no guide dogs are accepted. This needs to be requested 4 days prior to departure to operations@teletickettravel.com.
Deaf Passengers
Deaf passengers are able to travel alone on all the airlines that Teleticket use except for ZU, MON, FUA and WW, where they need to travel with another passenger. All deaf passengers must notify Teleticket 4 days prior to departure to operations@teletickettravel.com.
Pregnant Passengers
Expectant mothers up to 28 weeks can travel. Between the 28th week and 32nd week a medical certificate is required. After 32nd week passenger is unable to travel.
Wheelchair Passengers
Passengers can take their own wheelchair in addition to normal baggage allowance. Dry cell battery operated wheelchairs will be accepted, however, wet cell battery operated wheelchairs will not be. Teleticket must be advised 4 days prior to departure if you require assistance at the airport or are taking your own wheelchair to operations@teletickettravel.com.
Animals
The acceptance of animals on flight varies from airline and route. Please email operations@teletickettravel.com to see if the airline that you require accepts animal aboard.
Unaccompanied Minors
Unaccompanied minors are not accepted on any airline that Teleticket uses, but young persons may be carried with prior notification to Teleticket at least 4 days prior:
